OCUK forum speed/responsiveness

noticed a lot recently the forum has got a lot slower.

are new features being added or just extra traffic? :confused:

noticed today for example at 16:00 and this morning at 7-8:00am gmt
seems to happen mostly in morning or fairly late a night.

anyone else noticed?

chrome states "waiting on forums.overclockers.co.uk" a few refreshs sometimes helps but not recently

anyone else noticed?
can mods/admins do anything to speed it up? maybe some maintenance :confused:

last 6 months it has got increaingly worse. sometimes it wont load full stop.

need overhauling maybe...chip foose can help

Never skipped a beat for me, no slow downs either. Apart from when it was down the other day.

I take the time to sit back and reflect on life. And also sit on the throne and squeeze one

By the time im finished I'm back online and normal service is resumed

I sometimes can even get a tea made

It's been getting worse and whatever you do don't try and do anything after about 2am. It just crawls completely and struggles to keep up with the massive number of about a dozen users.

Noticed slow load times every now and then, not too frequent or major- overall/mostly its fine

Every now and then opening a thread or a forum will hang, but it's not happening all the time. I'd say about once or twice a day.

Same here,When i created a thread earlier and submitted it,It just hanged for a for a while s and i didn't think it was going to post but it did.

Slow here as well, some mod/don will come in and crack a hilarious joke about hamsters.

If its about hardware/bandwidth then tell us sure people would have a whip round or something !

Been slow sometimes, but I'm putting it down to the extra load on the servers over Christmas. Just shows how popular OcUK forums are. :cool:
