Take them back to where you got them from, If you haven't had them long just play the "they broke when I took them off card" if you've had them less than 12 months they may be replaced under warranty. Or go in be honest and ask how much a repair will be. It only needs a new front as the lenses can be transferred and the arm has separated from the front and is not broken itself.
I work in an opticians and as long as someone is fairly pleasant and not moody with me when they tell me the glasses are broke I'll replace them under warranty if less than 12 months old regardless of how they've broken. I've even done repairs outside of warranty for free before now simply as a goodwill gesture if a patient/customer has been here before or is just generally nice as they'll appreciate it and are more likely to come back for the next pair of glasses they need.
That said, if someone is a complete arse about it or tries to be awkward then the moment I know it was done through miss-use then they'll be paying.
