MSI GTX 780 Gaming Voltage Unlocked?

I'm about to grab myself a GTX 780, and I just wanted to check if the MSI Gaming Edition has unlocked voltages and is capable of the substantial overclocking I'm looking to get out of it.

Nvidia doesn't allow for unlocked voltages AFAIK, apart from the little leeway you get in overclocking utilities such as EVGA Precision X.

The Gaming series isn't MSI's overclocking brand. If you want a nicely clocking 780 under £400, I'd get this:

Same as all other 780s with the exception of the classy and lightning, they only have +37mv to play with from stock, so yeah...not a lot of overvoltage headroom.

If your looking at overvolting then you really should buy a evga classy or MSI lightning as they have a modded PCB
Or you stand a high chance of blowing the card..

It could do with a newer AB and NVFlash but other than that, it is fine. I will do it when AB beta 18 is out.
