lol, sniping in black ops 2 was ridiculous looking back on it, you barely need to bring up the scope for a one shot kill. I think you need to at least bring up the scope on Ghosts.

No you don't, seems worst than blops 2 at least to me anyway.

Although blops 2 had it's problems but treyarch did lot of things right as well. IW took out all the right things out and made Ghost even worst.

You should be forced to bring up the whole scope before you can get the shot, at least thats how i play anyway.

It should be like Blops 1. You have to bring up your scope and actually be on target with your shot.

On another note, i'm really enjoying the SP.
 
I don't know what most those things are as I didn't play BLOPS2 but I don't think Scavenger should replenish lethals, otherwise people could have unlimited IEDs/C4s.

Also isn't the 9 Bang effectively an EMP?
 
Just noticed player count on X1 has pretty much tripled since xmas from 20K to 60K players. Still not close to the 360 but it's a good improvement.
 
Finally managed to do extinction earlier with 3 randoms. None of us used voice comms but just seemed to "get it" from the word go. One of the players dropped out after the first hive, leaving just 3 of us to do unto the cabin, when a 4th player joined us who was also pretty good.

All four of us ended up surviving as we set up sentry guns along most of the route back, which gave us some good cover to take out the rhino's etc with ease. Its good fun when its played by non-tards!
 
Played a match earlier that was SUPER LAGGY. Turns out 4 of the players in the lobby were from Brazil and one was from USA. Excellent match making!
 
I caved in and had a go at sniping earlier, it's pretty easy. By my own admission I must have got 10-15 kills from shooting people in the legs. Also by my own admission, it was quite fun :)
 
Me and my mate need 2 more for an extinction run tonight at about 10pm.

We are going for the completionist trophy on PS4.. complete all challenges and escape.

Anyone who is up for it and feels they can do it my PSN is Evil_Par5n1p.

What's the requirements for that trophy?
 
While playing the game you will have a challenge to complete every hive you attack. There is a total of 12 challenges that you need to complete. These challenges are randomly generated in each game. Most of them are "Kill x aliens with an x type of weapon" but some can be really tricky like "Kill x aliens while they are in mid air". You have until the drill has finished drilling to complete the challenge. As I said, it is very random and luck based what challenges you get. Sometimes you will get the challenge "Find and kill the Leper in 30 seconds". I have played many games and have never found it. But it's essentially hide and seek and it's luck if you find him within 30 seconds or not. This is best done with 2 players or solo, trying to do it with 4 players makes things harder as the challenge values are higher.

I disagree that its harder with 4 people tho!
 
I've done the completionist challenge with a full party, you really need a lot of luck and hope you get the harder challenges at the start. We had all the easy ones until the last zone then we had the accuracy and sniper kills :eek:

As for the Leper have someone equip feral instincts its much easier to spot.
 
I completed the story on veteran the other day, is it me or have they made it easier? As the last COD game I played was CODBO1 and that was stupid hard on veteran.
