- INDIE - OCUK Game of the year 2013

That's a toughie. I'd probably say Fez, which came out in May on PC - though it feels like it's been out for way longer as I pretty much forgot about it, as it seems has the gaming press (I've not seen any mention of it on year-end lists).

This has really been a very good year for indie games - as well as Fez there's been Spelunky HD, Papers Please, Monaco, Brothers, Guacamelee, Knock-knock, and a ton of others I'm sure I'm forgetting.

Agreed on Spelunky HD, I nearly purchased another copy the other day, but was late on the flash sale. Papers Please will do well this time round

I havent played that many indies, but papers please has got to be up there. it is one of the few games where your gameplay has a proper effect on the story.

Brothers Tale of two sons!

Played this with my son - GOTY for me!
Yep it's a beautiful, charming adventure. At the risk of being pedantic I'm not sure a game developed by Starbreeze and published by 505 Games could strictly be classed as indie though ;)

It's totalbiscuit's GOTY as well

I would go with Gunpoint, with Spelunky coming a close 2nd

Lots of games released just over a year ago that don't count as well. Thomas Was Alone, Hotline Miami and FTL for example.

Edit- sorry, I forgot Guacamelee. That is top for me.
