Is this a new girlfriend? So you got a new gf a month after finishing with your ex? Bad move..
 
Probably not what you want to hear but it might be something about how you're portraying yourself around these girlfriends, some of them will prey on weaknesses to cover up their own insecurities, confidence is key.
 
Im not here to hear anything in particular really. Any advice im happy to listen too because im struggling to see were i went wrong. But this time i didn't go wrong i suppose she was just a bad person :/

P.S Im 20 now

How to deal with rejection separates the men from the boys. Nobody likes a wet blanket. In fact, everybody hates a wet blanket. Fortunately for you, blubbering on here is of no consequence, but in the realms of the real, it's time to be steely Mr. Awesome. Put on the Rocky soundtrack and go for a jog. Like this:

My idea was to man up and carry on with a confident face to others but inside am just bit miffed off again
 
I thank god I never felt like the OP does I can move on in 10 seconds. But just wait for the "I want you back" to start.
All this is she's just checking out if she has done the right thing, please don't fall for it.

edit=I only read the first page...so I was right about her. Look gezz if a girl leaves you just smile and say OK done the end.

Here is a worse case scenario in case you feel unlucky - my gf that I dated for many years broke up with me suddenly, using cliches and via sms. I dont have solid proof she is cheating but my money would still go on this version. Now its been over a week,she claims to be too busy not only to meet me but pick up my calls either. I once made a thread about her in OCUK cauz she is a muslim and I was asking people whether its wise to convert in order to marry her. Well,so much for religion making one in any way a better person. My much less traditional/religious ex's have all had a more dignified way of breaking up.
 
I haven't read through the thread so i'm just going to post that you should cut off all contact with her, delete her number, facebook etc and focus on yourself, go out with your mates.

I say this from a similar experience.
 
The others have said it all dude - youre just 19. Long road ahead!

Easier said then done but dont fall into a hole and wallow over this female. Dont waste thoughts on her and never fall into the trap of texting/calling/Facebooking/Twittering/emaling her to ask her "Why WHY WHYYYYYY??" etc. Dont! I say this cuz enough of my friends do this and it makes them look silly. Shes moved on.

Now you move on. She must see you happy and like you dont give a crap. So when you go out make sure you are all smiles (even if inside youre bummed out). Dont give her the pleasure of seeing you :( Good luck, chin up.
