By this I mean does it come with cable ties, etc. Stuff that will help you set it up a bit easier? I was talking to a mate who bought from you guys and he said that stuff came with prebuilts but I was wondering if it came with parts too.

Cases often come with velcro cable ties, you can also buy them from them from OCUK.

My Phantek case came with aload pre installed and a fair few spares in a packet for example

i think it depends on the manufacturer of the part, ie some case manufacturers may bundle cable ties, some might not

having said that i could be wrong! if your question is directed at the staff and not the community, id suggest asking in the customer support sub forum :)

Well its all down the the component manufacturers.

CPU (retail) comes with stock cooler (pre-applied paste)
CPU coolers (aftermarket) come with paste (pre-applied or sachet)
Motherboards come with SATA cables
Cases come with all manner of things you're after.. I'd say check reviews of a case you want, that should tell you what they come with.

As above cases will normally come with cable ties or velcro ties (I've never seen a case without at least cable ties).

You get everything you need when ordering PC parts. You just need to make sure you order a retail CPU if you want to use the stock cooler (OEM CPUs don't come with a heatsink or fan).

Some PSU's (modular probably) come with cable ties - small ones mind you, but still very useful :D

As I just recieved a few parts yesterday I'll list what I got with them;

PSU (beQuiet! Powerzone modular) - Cable ties, velcro straps, fixing screws.

MSI r9 280x - DVI > HDMI adapter, crossfire connector, mini DVI (I think?) > HDMI adapter, 6 > 8 pin power adapter.

Samsung 840 EVO SSD - nothing (which meant I had to order an extra SATA cable).
