Does that mean you're one of those people who can't handle more than a sniff and turn into a complete ******* bumhole when you have a beverage or 2 around either Christmas or New Year?
I really hate those people.

I drank 16 cans of guinness, my usual quota a night is 9 !!!

It is new year, I feel I have an exuse to endulge!

Not just a small scale party, but a global party. If you ignore the natural insignificance of NYE and focus on the man-made phenomenon, its actually quite special. It's really you're one chance in the year to party with the entire world.
