So I've finally done it!

a couple questions

1) My motherboard only has one fan header and I'm not really sure how i am to connect the other two case fans. It should be fine temporarily since the rear exhaust fan is connected.

2) My PSU squeaks a bit, it's not unbearable but annoying none the less.
 
It could be a coil whine which shouldn't be a problem and is perfectly safe but i would contact the vendor you bought it from to get a replacement..

edit. check also it's not the video card whining. Coil whining occurs when frequencies increase to a point that two contacts slightly vibrate.
 
Ok, I assumed you would have so at least it eliminates that :D It doesn't matter if it's on the shop or not. They'll have record of your order anyway. Contact the shop and/or drop them a webnote. Explain to them the situation. I'm sure they'll be able to help. :)
 
I understand what you're saying, but i could barely afford the thing in the first place. I don't know if i can afford it unless they paid postage either way. fancy that, on my first build both the PSU and MOBO (now replaced) were faulty.
