According to my order history, it was 20th Dec 2013, 4:20 pm. As usual, overclockers were fantastic in delivering and it arrived on the 23rd (next day as it was a friday that I ordered).
It just cost me 15 pounds to send back, and it won't arrive until Wednesday, if OcUK post back on perhaps Thursday, means I get it back a week from now (if i'm lucky), it was also obviously broken yesterday, so 8 days downtime... without taking into account the time to install it, uninstall it, then install another one, and the time to go to the post office and petrol, and waiting in another day for delivery, I really hate it when these things happen, but... it's no fault of overclockers and these things will always happen anywhere and with almost any product from time to time. I do think postage should be paid for by them though, i'll bother them about that in the morning.
I wouldn't be so up tight about that if I didn't just pay 50 pounds to ship something which I bought from the members market back to Powercolor in the Netherlands (although, I think I got lucky there that they accepted it since it was second hand). Makes my running total of a couple of weeks to 65 pounds postage for faulty goods.
