Spec my brother a New PC build

Hey guys,So i've successfully steered my brother away from getting a console and putting some more cash towards a PC.


He's told me how much he would like to spend and what games he's wanting to play.


He's currently using a "Gaming PC" That he brought of the car boot for £200,I know right FACE PALM idd.


The games he wants to play are like Borderlands,Indie games,AAA Titles etc.


He's looking to spend around the 1k mark including windows etc,

He doesn't need a monitor or mouse and keyboard as i'm purchasing them for his birthday next month.

I'd prefer go into the route of Nvidia cards to get a fuller experience in such games as Borderlands,Batman etc,But i am Open to the AMD route as i like both brands.

With all that said i'm looking forward to all upcoming builds and once we both decide on one i'll keep you guys posted and make a build log :)

It should be fine. The review below seems quite positive.

I would have a look through the case section and see if there is anything else you like. I would normally spec the Bitfenix Ronin for this sort of budget, but it is out of stock. Also if you are not bothered about having a windowed case then you have lots more choice.
