This. Design looks rubbish and the colour matches.

If XFX had a decent RMA/Custom service department in Europe I'd pick that 290X DD Black Edition up in a heart beat

Whyscotty tells me XFX now have a UK RMA center in Preston. Hence why i deicded to go with XFX for my 7990.

I'll bet 5 dollah it's a single room with an 'in' door and an 'out' door, with one guy sticking 'fault not found' labels on the boxes as theymove along the conveyor belt between doors.

I'm currently living 20 minutes away from Preston by foot, I could literally walk there if I had a problem
If I didn't already have a 780 Ti SLI setup I would so buy the XFX 290X DD Black Edition.

Shame the looks are not the other way round would have been more fitting to quality of each manufacturer

Doesn't make any difference how close you live if XFX don't accept anything back for RMA.
indeed sent my 6600gt back took 1 month for xfx to say its fine (didnt display a picture which ocuk agreed with.) ocuk sent me a 7600gt & sent the 6600gt back again and charged xfx then never stocked a xfx again
XFX are crap...
