January sales aren't really that common in PC hardware from my own experience. You may be waiting a while.

There is still a this week only sale on until the 8th, some GPUs discounted. Whether or not they will have a sale with more off than the weekly deals, not too sure.

Give it til the end of the month anyhow, by then should be the non ref 290s around so a lot more options overall

No such thing as January sales in computing hardware baring some one off today only deals. I wouldn't hold your breath.

OcUK seem to do the black Friday thing rather than January sales these days, so you'll be waiting awhile :s

It seems no graphics card seller wants my £300 which i found at the back of my sofa, I guess i will wait for the february sales, or the march sales until something comes in at £300 thats worth the money to me.

There shall be no January sale, the best deals have being done, January-March will be shortages, shall be lucky to see any price drops.
