**** CES 2014 **** [7th -10th January]

Still waiting for a magnificent Android phone...

Is it on the way? Nexus 5 is tempting but falls short in a few silly areas. :(

Everything has gone in a circle, we had massive phones, they went smaller, now people want bigger phones again and its the same with tablets:confused:

7 and 9.7/10 inch tabs seems fine to me, why go bigger?!?!?!

~£250 seems 'reasonable'

Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4, Wi-Fi: €389 ($389?)
Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4, LTE: €519 ($519?)
Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 10.1, Wi-Fi: €479 ($479?)
Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 10.1 LTE: €609 ($609?)
Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 12.2, Wi-Fi: €649 ($649?)
Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 12.2, LTE: €749 ($749)
Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, Wi-Fi: €749 ($749?)
Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, LTE: €849 ($849?)

According to phonearena

If they are correct it puts them out of contention for me. Was already a stretch to send my n7 2013 back and pay 50 extra for the gpad. Certainly not gonna pay more than that.

Prices are pretty much in line with current tablets, at least the ten inchers.

hmm i swear when i was in the market for ipad for my g/f the retina mini was around 275. I got the ipad air for 330 instead.

Now i look and mini seems to be like 320 :| i expected the samsung 8.4 at sort of 250 odd i didnt realise prices were so high.
