Well I doing my expenses for work today, I need to submit a copy of my latest bill today and the vodafone site is down.

I have called Vodafone asking if they can email me a copy of the bill, they said that they cannot as they do have the facility to do this! They can however post me a bill out which they say willl take 2 days to process and 2-3 days to deliver!

Why can these companies not do a simple task like send an email.

To be fair I've never found any of the mobile operators websites much good, it's very unusual I can go on and do what I wanted to do without a "This service is temporarily unavailable" or some other such broke message.

To be fair to Vodafone, i have never known their website/s to be down/unavailable. They're just terribly designed and awful to traverse.

Vodafone customer service is shocking.

I once rang up to add a package onto my phone which would allow my minutes+txts+data to be used abroad for only £3 per day. Needless to say my phone never worked once while I was on holiday, came back, rang Vodafone. Only for them to tell me there was a block on my phone for use abroad!!!!!! Why would you put a block on, when I've just signed up to a package that allows usage abroad.

Needless to say I left them as soon as I could.

Now with Ovivo (uses Vodafone network, but does not use their incompetent staff), and used my mobile phone without hassle in 3 different countries already, to this date it hasn't cost me a penny other than the £15 one off payment when I signed up in June :)

vodafone CS only is available on their forum, the call centers are full of eastern European muppets.

It will be the last time I go with Vodafone, they are ridiculous

Will be switching back to O2 next time.

People who have contracts with Vodafone and moan, CLEARLY had never done business with Three (3) and their indian call centers....

You do not know what pain is... You weren't there man...

I'm with Three (personal contract) and i've not experienced problems with their Indian call centre yet.

Yea I did the same, they disconnected me for 2 weeks as I refused to pay my bill which they messed up and over charged me. They never reimbursed me the two weeks i payed for no services and when I rang up to cancel my contract as it was at the end they didnt seam to care or offer me any deals.
Will never use them ever again.

Is this another case of someone leaving it until the last minute and then getting their knickers in a twist they wont be able to submit it in time?

;)
