Haha I've already had the watches eyed up by her... On lock down! Yet any more I think I'd have a ball chopped. Which might be OK, I don't want any more.

She's got her eye on a bloody Q5. And we've already had the discussion about if the baby is ugly we have to be honest about that. I hate it when people are all like "awww how cute" when I'm in the background going WTF?!

That's a long one, that, but good question. Basically when they ended he had gone off with her friend, knocked her up but also knocked up some random girl too. So he has 5 kids... nice. He's in the RAF and currently serving in Afghan presently but hasn't the best past.
We do all we can to try and keep the contact there because it's not down to us to tell the kids he's a bit **** (understatement but you know) but it's down to them to work it out and unfortunately be there to support them. The eldest recently didn't want to speak to his dad on the phone and said he didn't want anything to do with him as he never bothered (so hard to hear from an 8yr old) and funnily enough he booked a flight (he was on leave at the time) and we said he could stay with us for the weekend to try and build bridges. Our eldest made sure he knew that it didn't mean it was all OK now. Since then we hoped for more contact but it's still sparse, but I think it always will be.
They call me Dad and have done for a while now and I always say I'm happy as long as they are. They'll always be my boys.

Always hard though. You want to do your best for them and stop them getting hurt but it's not always possible.

I know that feeling! (my gf has 2 boys 4/6, I've been with her since they were 1/2.5) fortunately the dad does still see them regularly, if not so fortunately pay what he should regularly (although hopefully now csa are involved that is resolved to a point).

Names wise, for a boy we are pretty settled on Sebastian but we cannot agree on a girl. At first she really wanted a girl due to being surrounded by 3 of us boys already, but we're totally not fussed either way. A girl would be different / more Daddy stress ha
 
Congrats we're also expecting, just had the second scan last week, and it's going to be another boy! It'll be a mad house! My 3.5 year old is also called Sebastian, great name! Can't agree on another boys name yet, we found it difficult to pick a boys name last time, girls names were easy, but we won't be trying for a 3rd just to try and get a girl :p
 
Congrats Paul! First scan next weds, she thinks she's about 12 weeks but she's useless so we will see.

How far along is she? I just read that it needs to be like the 20th week to find out the sex? Something like that. You learn a lot :p

Mrs has started bookmarking all the things we "need" FML.
 
Yeah 20 weeks, due date is 23rd May. Personally I'm looking forward to trying out the gas and air again whilst the midwife is out of the room :p
