I have been reading through a lot of the transcripts etc.
Series of events.
1. He was in the taxi with the gun.
2. He spotted that he was followed and BBM'd mates that Trident had him
3. They boxed in the taxi
4. He opened the sliding door and tried to run. At the same time he tried to ditch the evidence by throwing the gun away.
5. At the same time or split seconds later the armed officer opened fire thinking he was drawing the gun on him.
So yes at the time he was shot, he had no gun, but moments before he did when he tried to flee. Tough luck, his decision and one that meant he has paid for all of his sins in life.
So the scum bag knew what was happening, he knew the armed police were onto him, but he tried to flee and ditch the evidence. He was street wise and knew that there were armed officers onto him, but he thought he could outsmart them and make a run for it.
Eventually he has paid for all of his actions that the police and everyone knew he was involved in.
His decision to make a run for it and not give up so no sympathy to him or his family. My only sympathy goes to the police and especially the one that fired and has to live with the killing.
If his mother / aunt want to blame someone, they should look in the mirror.
