Yup along with making sure the wicks are soaked in juice before assembling the atty back together, usually put a few drops in the channels, between the deck and chimney side and wait for it to start seaping out before sticking the tank section ontop.

Really want it to get it working again as i tried silica last night, my god that tastes wrong now ive been on cotton lol
 
I'm just running out of nic base so need to order some more. Any opinions on where best to go or are they all much of a muchness now (last bought Decadant Vapour base in bulk two years ago so a bit out of the loop - they seem expensive now though)? Was thinking about 250ml NEAT54 from Cloud9 (as I'm stocking up on AWs as well).

Views welcomed :)

I received this today. :) Nice smell of aniseed, along with a sweet which also smells of aniseed. I'm not really meant to vape at the moment or doing anything that irritates my tongue, but I have to try this so will do later with a fresh new coil in my evod. Very nice of Simon to send me this sample, and earlier than expected.

LT ecigs £13 for 100ml 52mg

Cig e liquid £4 for 20ml - £16 100ml - £36 250ml

Both seem decent quality although the cig eliquid stuff seems a bit nicer for some reason, maybe its because the stuff i got from LT ecigs was in VG and I almost had a nicotine overdose from it because I did not know that in VG nicotine rises to the top and you need to shake it, I thought my usual 13mg liquid was extremely strong for some reason with that stuff, now I know why!

Try using less cotton and don't compact it too much as cotton has't got the best capillary action.
Cotton is good at soaking juice but not delivering it to the coil if it is overly compact.

I read your other thread. I wouldn't vape anything personally. But your tastebuds must be shot as that is just a normal fizzy snake. :p
 
Shineyitus is worse than smoking. I'm only a week in and have got a Segelei Vmax 5 and an Anyvape Davide Glassomiser in Vapemail this morning. Oops!

I thought when I started with the £19.99 Protank Mini 2 starter kit that if I like it I would spend some dosh to cement my giving-up-ness. I was not expecting to spend the best part of 100 quid though ;)

That might be it actually, most videos ive seen, people just pull a wad of it through and you can see them struggling to pull it, so ive assumed that was the way its supposed to work, as they all say it works fine :(, at least i can get it to work in a dripper so its not too bad.

Amen to that, went from a basic free kit from a pal to Zmax V3, Kraken Clone, Igo L dripper. Now after something like a KFL or just bottom coil RBA and a nice small mech mod with a kick to carry around day to day...

I use a nemisis clone in 18350 mode with a KFL, great little combo imo

Less is more mate - cotton expands pretty impressively, one of the reasons it's great with a microcoil as it gets into the nooks and crannies that would otherwise short.

No, I didn't taste the fizzy snake, it just smelled of aniseed. Just sniffed it again and it doesn't smell of aniseed now. I know why it did though, because the outside of the bottle sitting next to the sweet reaks of aniseed and must have temporarily made the snake smell. :p

I hadn't vaped at all today and you're right, I shouldn't vape and intend to try and stop altogether till after next wednesday. But my snake oil filled evod has been sitting here next to me for hours nagging me to try it so I've just given it a shot. Not overly keen tbh. It's fresh in the mouth, just aniseed really but with a hint of something sort of buttery left in the mouth which is nice. And no chemical taste which is good and the sign of an obviously good quality juice compared to what I've tried so far. That's about all I can say about it really. Pleasant and vapable enough but not moreish enough for my palate. I've been vaping banana only recently, a poor quality one that does taste chemical, but the only one I've enjoyed out of all my juices. I really do like banana and can see a good quality one, like maybe banana and cream or banoffee being a staple ADV for me.
 
I got some King's Custard yesterday. Nice vape and I prefer it to GVC.
Vaping at 9W in a Protank 2 and it's very smooth.
 
Got my delivery from fasttech today, Vamo V5 SS and a UD IGO-W dripper from UK, this thing is nice... only problem is that the IGO-W airholes are a bit small and I will need to get them enlarged somehow, any idea how to do this? The vapour can be a bit hot sometimes and I prefer it cooler like the protank. I was expecting the vamo to be really tacky and cheap but its actually nicely made and a nice size with a dripper, probably would be too long with a RBA on it. Was also expecting to be waiting months for my order from fasttech but I ordered on the 24th december and got it today, so thats 15 days including weekends and xmas / new years, not bad.
