Also is this card a good upgrade from my 1gb 6850 ? I was ideally after a 4gb version of this same series , but monies tight , and 2gb should do me as I game at 1080p
 
i duno how much faster they are than 6850 ><
i think 30-40% faster but its a guess
hard to know with driver improvements n stuff

so you would say the non oc with bf4 is better ? ( have seen it cheaper elsewhere btw )
 
It seems like the 270X has a better cooler also, though I can't be sure. The 270 runs cool as a cucumber anyway.
There's also the HIS 270X for sale for 149.
