Apologies for not replying to your email mate, it got grouped with several OCUK trust messages and I missed it; I use a piece of cotton approx 2mm in width (to feed into MicroCoil
= 6/7 wraps of 0.3mm/28AWG around a 2.5mm drill bit, usually bang on 1ohm) and prime it a little with juice so it stays put in the juice channels, before rebuilding and filling.

For a long one, would any of those 4 tips at the left of the picture do or would I need that 'vase' one at the end for a wide opening? I particularly like the 2nd, 3rd and 4th from left. I've no idea if they're 35mm though. For short ones, I like the 2nd and 3rd from the right, which might work well with the Kraken clone, if not the IGO-W.
I've been experimenting with coiling these protank heads with organic cotton and can't taste any difference between cotton and the standard silica heads, think i need to get a kayfun or russian and some thicker wire to experiment with.
Then there is something wrong. There is a gulf of difference between silica and cotton when done right. I have coiled multiple Protank heads with cotton and the taste is a massive difference compared to silica.
They all look like they have the same ID so should all be similar, I have actually gone back to my smaller plastic drip tip currently because I think I prefer it, I have a few here, the vase type ones are a bit annoying because of the shape, surprisingly the cheapest £1.50 plastic one I have is currently the one I am using the most. The IGO-W with a wide bore drip tip is a bit too airy now that I have got used to it, I don't think the draw is a problem with the IGO-W using a single coil.
FANTASTIC!! My KFL AND Nemesis are RUINED!! My own fault for not locking the lock when I went Subway yesterday in the van, me and 2 mates in Subway for about 15 minutes, came back to a VERY bananary van. Picked up my device to have a vape and burnt my fingers. Used my mates leather gloves to take it apart to cool. The battery is fine and has charged fine, was warm as opposed to hot. the KFL has melted the small plastic part under one of the post sections. The Nemesis had broken, the little screw to adjust battery rattle and get a good connection has come off WITH the piece of Delrin and now won't fit back it as for some reason, it is SMALLER than the hole...I also fear my Kick is dead...

My dual microcoil build in the kayfun finally got to the point of no return, so I put another, slightly lower resistance, slightly larger diameter, slightly bigger gauge wire build in.
15 wraps of 0.25mm around a 2.5mm bit for two 3.5ohm coils, 1.75ohms total. Wicked with cotton, vaped at 8.4v, I love this sort of build.
Brutal. I've had a few toasty moments myself with my nemesis clone, but that delrin piece went on a friend's clone in the same situation. The post melted the delrin and stripped the threads. I'm pretty careful now to always lock it!
Switch spring heats up and then compresses further; Magnets don't suffer this issue.
I had magnets for a day. It turns out magnets break if you drop your device even a couple times though.
Real KFL, Chemesis from FT. I've got some contact adhesive somewhere, not sure whether to use it on the Delrin section. Going to try and get a post for the KFL as it's the post that comes off.
I have magnets...derp here didn't lock the device, now if I had taken it Subway with me, all would be fine...

Yeah, for a SID and K100, also an RSST and Protank 2. Need some .20 Kanthol, but .4 Ribbon is my preference for mesh and I can use .18 on the Protank 2.
Not sure if I should use contact adhesive on the Nemesis or not.
Also, is it possible to buy just the terminal on the KFL that has that little plastic bit underneath it?
EDIT: May just wait till payday and grab this, being a Nemesis and StarWars fan...
