Good evening chaps,

Whilst looking for some more tyres a few people on another forum mentioned a Facebook page called 'Funky Tyres'

A quick message asking for Goodyear Eagle F1A2 205/45/17 and within minutes he's replied at 18:30 in the evening.

The likes of Camskill/Tyretraders/Black Circles etc are after over £110 ea.+P&P compared to Funky Tyres' £97 delivered!

Spread the love :)

I was going to buy a set of MPSS from him until Camskill dropped their prices to just under £1k for a set of 4! Seems polite enough via email though and I've only heard positive things.

Who is he? The skeptic in me is thinking... what happens when things go wrong compared to dealing with blackcircles/camskill etc.

I noticed the F1A2s he put on offer tonight are the same price as Camskill. I got these fitted 2 weeks ago.

Check Lovetyres.com for Eagle F1s. I got mine from there last year and they were significantly cheaper than every other place.

I can't believe I can buy a Linglong GreenMax tyre for my car from this site for £43.50 !

Comparison: My Conti SC5s are ~£105 each from there.

Wow, they do have some dirt cheap ditch-finders

Radar Dimax R8 £67
or
Continental sc5's £156.

i certainly see why people might lean towards cheap tyres if thats the savings

Right someone has got to be having a laugh with these budget tyre names.. come on, who thought Die max was a good idea?

I grabbed some tyres from Funky Tyres at the beginning of the year and went to get some more. Emails bouncing back and no replies (or new comments) on the face book page.

Anyone any idea what's going on? FB says staff illness has meant a lack of response but I think they've gone..:(

Oh well, off to Oponeo now

Try Tyreleader as well.

Tyreleader are probably even cheaper than funkytyres. I managed to get two 255/35/20 P zeros for £320 a couple of days back
