Beards...

I have a somewhat poncey goatee which I keep trimmed pretty short (#1 with clippers). I need to have some facial hair or I look about 12 and the goatee area is the only part which isn't completely patchy and sparse, so I make do.

I bought a PS4 with Killzone bundle yesterday, had to show ID.. I'm 26 with a beard fgs! :mad::p

Full face, often trim down to grade one every month. Keep the neck tidy by keeping at grade 0 or 1 dependent on mood.

It's important not to trim a 'strap' and get the lines right. Common mistake and can make a huge difference in looks. From boy to man.

I would mock you, but I agree. I often stroke my chin when thinking about things lol.
 
I've got mine at 3mm although I've always thought of it as stubble rather than a beard. I've had a proper beard in the past.
 
I play with my beard far too often. Great in the winter time .not too bad in the summer either. Just search for beard and you'll find the thread.
 
Women always seem odd about beards also, from what I've heard - most guys get complained at while growing it - but once you have one they won't let you shave it off!.

I can't stand full shaving so it suits me well, on-top of that mine prefers it so it's all good.

Just started one to mixed reactions!

6 days in so far, and it looks ginger, brown and patchy. Haven't shaved any part of face or neck so it looks quite scruffy/tramp-ish.

Apparently different face/head shapes suit different styles of facial hair too.

Unsure whether i'll bottle it and shave it all off, or try to tidy it up. The '10-day beard' is going to be another 4 days of tramp otherwise!
 
My beard is just a by-product of being lazy. Once it gets too much to handle; or if I'm going out or whatever, I'll give it a trim, but other than that, there's no particular "style".

My beard is a mixture of ginger/black, it's full though, no patches.

Some white hairs in there as well! Shocking for a 25 year old lol.

My girlfriend hates them but loves mine?
 
I have had a beard since 'tache and 'burns were a bit passe. I have never got used to shaving since I left school. It varies from short to long depending on mood and weather. Mountain man mode is for winter walking.

Yup, she complained for ages but last year when I asked whether I should shave it off she said 'no'. :confused:
