should i sell my SLI 670s and...

If money is no object then yes, a single high end gpu is better than 2 smaller ones, personally at 1080p I would stick with 670’s unless you plays like Company of Heroes 2 which doesn’t scale well.

Hi, your 670's are they 2GB or 4GB? if they are 4GB which makes them future proof and SLI 670 is faster than a 780.

Running SLI 4GB 670's my self.

Whether 2gb or 4gb, I would stick to the 670s at 1080p.

Recently went sli 670 to Gtx 780, and while I like the single there is less performance. That is with card running 1300. And at 2560x1440.

Unless it's just cause you feel like a change, but even then I would go 780 regular or 290 (non x)

Same as eyetrip here, 670 sli 2gb to single wf 780. Performance is down a bit but it's handy to have the higher vram count of the 780. Im still only at 1920x1200 but will hopefully be getting a bigger monitor at some point this year.

780ti or for £100 more 2x290 in CF... Or as other said, single 290, in future add another if it becomes not enough. Sadly nvidia doesn't get my vote anymore when AMD are just better VFM.

I agree with kaap. If you're not struggling performance wise, just wait it out until you actually need to upgrade.

However if you have an itch, who are we to judge! Sell em' and go for 290s/780s xfired/sli'd. I personally would just rather take x2 290s or 780s over the single 780ti. (290 vs 780 in my eyes depends on what games you play)

The sensible option is to wait it out till you NEED to upgrade.
