I believe Goko have a client for iOS, if you're dumb enough to trust your money to a company that was previously caught sending personal info in plain text format.

If you're on Android, try looking for Androminion - you can only play against AI, but there's a version that has all the sets including Guilds and the promos (except possibly Black Market). It's no longer on the Play Store, but it's safe.
 
I've owned the base set, Intrigue and Seaside for many years (along with most of the promos). My group burned out on it unfortunately, so it hasn't seen the table for quite a while now. An excellent game though :)
 
i have the base set. Would like to add Prosperity or Seaside to the mix but other games always take my gaming budget. I like Dominion but don't play it enough at the moment to invest more money in the game...
