Hello chaps,

Just a quick question, I ordered the PSU and it states in the description on here that there is a blue LED on the fan, but I cannot see it. The Superflower website also shows it with a blue lighting on the fan. I cannot see any mention of this on the box I received and also there is no light on it.

I don't mind too much but it is just annoying being unable to turn it on somehow unless it is me being a dingle dongle. Has anyone else received one with a LED?

LED would be integrated in the fan which probably be hard to see.

You could link out the ATX connector & connect a fan to one of the Molex adapters for a little load and see if the LED come on.

From the picture on Superflowers website, it would be quite clear to see, it is really glowing.

There is nothing on mine at all. It's not the worst problem in the world, just more to point out that the description may be wrong, unless there is just a part I have not connected correctly for it to come on.

Just been looking at the pictures on Overclockers compared with the Superflower web site and the latter seems to have a slightly translucent fan wheres the Ocuk look solid.

Edit: Have tested the PSU yet?

2nd Edit: does your look like this:

On the box it says Superflower 550W Amazon ATX 12V v2.32 / EPS 12V v2.92

The fan is just black, not blue in any way. The design of the box and the look of the PSU is the same as on OCUK website pictures, which is why the whole LED thing confused me as I was checking the pictures on here and there is nothing looking like it is LED either.

I am 99% sure there is no LED chaps, honestly. It is not a problem for me but there may be someone that wanted specifically one. Just a heads up really for the description. Get someone in the warehouse to open one up and take a look :)
