Turned pc on tonight and the H100 didn't lower the fan speed it's stuck! Both fans supplied are running at full speed.

There is 4 fan ports and it seems the 2 left ones are broke as the 2 right ports lower the fan speed after boot up!

Anyone had this happen?

Tried the firmware reset

1. While the computer is running, hold down the profile button for approximately five seconds
2. Wait one minute, while the unit continues to run
3. Shut down your computer
4. Press and hold the profile button for five seconds while turning on the power to your computer.

and used a single fan in each fan port on the H100 it appears to be a single port that is running fans at full speed.

So I guess the fan controller in the H100 is dead for that port???

SO I read this on the Corsair website>

"Corsair offers a 1 year, replacement-only warranty for refurbished or factory reconditioned PSUs, Cases and Cooling units"

Overclockers supplied me the H100 in August so will corsair still cover this?
