As the title really, most dog owners are sensible but there is always one..

Quite often there is dog mess on the pavement outside my house, which I have accidentaly stepped in a few times, I've been trying to thing of ways to make it stop,

Putting poisoned food down would work but I dont want to kill the wrong animal as it wouldnt be very fair.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this? Its getting to the point where I'm getting incredibly angry about it.

Contact your local council. Ours fines people quite heavily (think maybe £300) for not cleaning up their dog mess.

Poisoned food? Perhaps for the owner yes.

What an idiotic thing to suggest killing a dog because it has to poop.

It's got to the point where im seriously considering doing this, I'm well aware the dog owner is the issue, and not the dog, but I need to make this stop, so if it has to come to that, I'm prepared to do it.

I might call the council and see if they can do anything, but I'm not 100% convinced thery would take any action.

How about cctv to catch the culprit/s. Dog walkers often walk at the same time, so you'd be able to be there at that time to talk to them.

Then poison them.

Unfortunatly ive never been able to catch therm in the act, and theres a few dog walkers that go by, I have my suspisions as to who it is but..I dont know.

Pull your finger out of your bum and do something pro active like setting up a small CCTV system to catch them in the act.

Also, if your wear your shoes round the house and on your carpet then you should expect to drag nasty things in off the street, so you have only yourself to blame.

Have you ever had to pee on the side of the road when desperate and away from home? If so send me your address and I'll come round and put you down.
