Bulk buying monster energy UK

How is it an energy drink if it is sugar free?
Sugar is the usual source of energy in these drinks.
I assume that hasn't changed.

So an energy drink, with no energy content is flavoured water.
Sweetened with chemicals, coloured, and then sometimes carbonated.
Citric acid will be added usually as a stabiliser.
This will ruin your teeth, even if the sugar doesn't.

Now OP, on th bottle will be listed a producer, might be mars, i dont know your brand, they will have an address, write or email them asking about bulk orders. They will respond, see what they say.
I have done this in the past with crisps, and they didnt need too many boxes to be ordered before they called it bulk, buying at less than half th shop price per bag.

Recommend any pre-work out drinks?

Water or maybe a home-made smoothie?

Seriously, there is no need to use anything aside from a protein milkshake. With diabetes though, i'd not be using anything that isn't natural though - water, fruit, vegetables and chicken should be your staple, with milk as an extra protein boost and energy giver.

I used to dose Red Bull and it affected me for months when I stopped. Seriously stay away from Stimulants and this pathetic meat-head term of 'pre-workout' usually used to represent substances that would fail QA or the Federal Drugs Agency testing criteria (most are US based).

Balanced healthy diet with high natural protein is all you need to stay healthy, fit, retain and build muscle.

When you have a pre-work out drink I recommend you hold the glass in such a way that your enlarged muscles are visible to all. Yawn and stretch and look etc.. :p

Lmao. It's just something for energy because I train quite late at night and want to keep my diet low on carbs due to insulin

My Friend goes like this

1) Bit of weights, get blood rushing

2) Play games, drink energy drinks-

3) Loose game and completely rage

4) Release all anger lifting weights.

How about alcohol as pre-weights drink? (not too much just triple shot)

The amount of mythology in this thread about artificial sweeteners etc being bad for you is absurd. It's like going back to the stone age where science and medicine doesn't exist!

No it isn't it's caffeine.

If your still looking for the blue Monster (the inferior version) try PoundWORLD. We stock it, and if you ask the the supervisors, they will order you a case of 24. £1 a can. Also, we have just taken stock of the hard to find Monster Hammer (Expresso Monster) and sell these 3 cans for £1...

Hello.

I tend to buy monster energy drinks regularly at £1.40 a can and its the green (full sugar) one.

Im a type 1 diabetic and would like to know if you can bulk buy them online (blue one, sugar free). I have a look but it seems to be the green/yellow ones.

I am into weight training big time and tend to go to the gym at 7/8pm. Im trying to cut my carbs down big time also and therefore I love a monster :D

Thanks

Pre-workout? Lol. wow.

I drink about 6 x 250ml cans of energy drink a day and I'm trying to get off them.

They are actually making me have less energy e.g I can have 2 cans before bed and have no trouble sleeping.

I use it as a pre-workout also.

Don't like coffee :/

Artificial sweeteners are better for me than sugar, lol. Being a type 1 diabetic. I know I should avoid them as much as possible. :)

My mate is a type 1 and he drank that kind of stuff like you for years.
Now his kidneys have failed and he is on dialysis 3 times a week. They told him to only drink water.

You don't need to be a scientist to Google how badly energy drinks affect you. Or artificial sweeteners.

It's not in a good way. Drink water, or for pre-workout, take a pre-workout drink with a proper formula for yourself. If you can't take that much carbs (Even though fast carbs are needed for a work-out), there are those that instead have more protein and fat in them.

Remember, not all proteins, fats, and carbs are equal. There are different kinds.

Carbs are good for you, even for working out, it's sugar that causes you to get fat not carbs unless you are eating high carb food after 7pm or so then it can be an issue.(i stay off bread as much as i can or eat wholemeal for breakfast only)

What exactly do you think eating high carb foods after 7PM does? You'll find you're probably wrong.
