ok this is gonna be my first build, and im at a lost what motherboard and case to get for my first build, its either a msi z87m gaming or gigabyte z87x-ud3h, and case aerocool ds cube or corsair 540 air, ive heard good and bad for both boards , its gonna be running a i5 4670k and it will be for games ,steam, and xbmc, and maybe some photoshop work but not heavy stuff, thanks in advance for your help.

aerocool would be matx and can also fit corsair 540 air, or atx just corsair one, ive heard g1 sniper people have had loads of problems with it so prob not that one plus its a thinner form factor so if i fit it to the corsair it would show a gap down the side.

ok its out of gigabyte z87x-ud3h or msi z87 gd65 as ive got it down to these now to go in a corsair air 540 silver, i will do a oc to 4.4/4.5 so which do you think will be best to go with the i5 4670k

The gigabyte for me,purely for the warranty/rma service,

Oc will come down to the CPU rather than the board,in how well it overclocks ect

msi are in the Netherlands

you will be ok anyway as the warranty lies with the place of purchase, but not sure how long for

not sure now to go with msi or gigabyte, aarrrgggg i hope to do a 4.4 or 4.5 oc dependant on the cpu plus this is gonna be my first build, ive changed my spec build so many times, i just want to get it and start ive spent most of the month looking at reviews.

I'm running a g1.sniper at 4.5@ 1.25V.
I would go for gigabyte or asus personally over MSI.

i was looking at msi z87 gd65 or gigabyte z87x ud3h or i5 or i7 cpu, will use for games steam account plus a little photoshop as i do photography for hobby, then not sure going gtx 770 or 780 but may do sli in future but then not sure on psu i was looking at a corsair rm750

If you want to sli in the future then you are best off with the i7.
I got a 850w psu as I always liked the thought of crossfire in the future, most people say atleast 750w so I went the bit extra to be safe.
I'd go for the ud3h over the gd65 personally due to the uk rma with gigabyte.

thanks guys for all your help im just worried that there seems to be a lot of problems with gigabyte or thats how it seems to me on forums you seem to see people comment the problems on gigabyte boards, i was also looking at the msi z87 mpower sp but being yellow it is hard to find hardware to match, so if i go gigabyte z87x ud3h what memory would be good for this board i was looking at 2133hz and only want 8gb any recommends for something to match the board, is gskill ripjaw any good
