It's got full dealer service history, last one was done 20th of November 2013, exact mileage is 10084 but will rise as I use it daily.

People do love low miles regardless of all else, for the most part.
A woman in work bought an 06 plate Mariva thing with 10k on the clock last summer, i thought she paid well over the odds for a car which in my eyes would need a full set of tyres due to age and by now and a full service... But those people are out there you just have a smaller audience who are willing to pay over the odds.

The point that he is in the ballpark with what he is asking for it?
I linked to better spec examples from dealers mostly and they were the same money the op wants for a lesser older example - that was my point.
I linked a 1.6 one year newer with 14k miles on it for less too, do you think 4.5k miles is worth paying more for an older example.
If everyone is so sure that the op is asking a fair price can we see some examples of private 08 plate 1.6's for over 4.5k?
I just don't see the market being there for such a common car

You can put it up for that but tbh I'd expect to wait a fair while for someone to purchase/tyre kick.
Been looking for a new car recently looking at a few diff astras and mazdas and at that price I've just been skipping them tbh.
As above "people love low miles" quite wether it would mean the pay £1k+ more for essentially the same car I don't know, I know I wouldn't and have been skipping past ads with extremely low miles.
Seeing the above tho, I'd just sell it to webuyanycar tbh, but expect them to knock you down a tad

Worth a shot I just sold my Fabia vRS estate for the lowest price in the country with better spec and comparable age to cars up to 1500 more. It took nearly 3 weeks to sell.
January and February are bad times to sell cars. I'd put it up for 3995 if you want to sell 'quickly'.

It won't need tyres because it's so low mileagemileage is king
There's a lot more that effect the life of a tyre than mileage.
One of my Corrado's had new tyres on 3 months before it was taken off the road, that was 4 years ago now and it definitely needs new ones just from sitting in the sun and cracking.
Things such as chemicals on the road etc can also effect them and if I remember correctly, manufacturers only guarantee for 4 years from date of purchase for the case of low mileage!
I think it being a Fabia estate probably didn't help. People buying small cars don't want estates..there's just no market for them in the UK which is why you see very few of them on the road.

If you price your car sensibly, it will sell. If you price it like half the UK scrabbling around for an extra few hundred quid, it will take a long time. It's almost pointless looking at what people are listing similar cars for, it's what they sell for that should be interesting you.
