is Asus Radeon R7 250 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card any good?

So I am currently making my first pc and I'm slowly running out of budget, but I still need a graphics card and for relatively cheap;and this was about the best I have found so far...

So is it any good?any suggestions on other graphics cards or help choosing would be nice too

Depends on the rest of the system. Post the rest of what you plan to buy (or already bought) and what you plan to use the PC for.

Asus sabertooth 990fx 2.0 motherboard, amd fx 3820, 8 gb ram at 1600MHz, 1tb seagate barracuda hard drive an optical drive and I'm waiting till I get the graphics card before the psu

I would say get r270 at least really to get the most out of the rest of your build.

Thanks I did have that in mind just I've barely got enough budget to finish off and I wanted to get something cheap but I'll put my trust in you guys

no, the card you linked is absolutely useless. you wont get much out of it and you might aswell save up and get a proper gpu later down the line.

you can use onboard gfx. That will be ok for general use, but out of the question for decent gaming.

If your budget allows, a 270x at a decent price is an excellent card which nips the heels of the 7950 :
