This. Having watched almost all his movies, he's definitely one of the best actors of the past 25 years or so. Also Philadelphia & Crimson Tide are great movies imo.

It was bad, but watchable because of his screen presence.

I think he's a top actor. You don't get nominated for 6 Academy Awards and win 2 without being good.

First time iver heard someone criticise Denzel for shouting, he doesnt come across as a shouty type of actor...that goes to Samuel L Jackson imho lol. That man has a loud voice but still one of my favourite actors next to Denzel.

Man on Fire was excellent as well, along with training day and a few others he has done.
