Well to be fair it's not really broken as it is designed to work that way in the first place. It's quite easy for a tank to be fully camo'd and not visible at that range, having tanks with a ready brek halo isn't exactly realistic though is it :D

Well yeah, that's the way the game is designed to work. It's annoying but you have to ask if you should have been in that position or if you could have handled the situation better?

Wait to you get death starred in one shot, that's really fun!

- it’s now 100 percent sure that Wargaming will remove the class camo bonus when firing a gun for all the tank destroyers (SS: as in, tank destroyers will no longer be harder to spot when firing a gun of the same caliber than other classes)
- generally, in the future, all large caliber guns will make the vehicle easier to spot than it is now
- the two changes above will come either in 9.0 or 9.1, as it requires long testing

Think you need to play more passive till you start winning more. Not much point getting killed in the first few minutes and thus not able to contribute to your team for the rest of the battle!!

You would think that... If I see 50% tier 8/9 and 50% tier 10 split in a session, I count that as a good night! I stopped playing Tiger II after the last changes though, so this is mostly in a JagdPzII or IS-3.

As good as the IS3 is, prepare yourself for a very hard grind to get the BL-9 or save up as much free xp as you can.
The 122mm is pants versus T10's and even some T9's but once you have the BL-9 you will soon see why this tank is so popular :)
 
Yeah, I think it was that grind that made me never want to play a T8+ tank at stock again! I bought the E-100 and Jagdtiger a couple of weeks back but haven't played 1 game in either yet!

its OK versus other tier 8s and lower, but if i end up fighting 9 and 10s, it wont be fun, i cant pen an st1 from the front, and rarely the tiger 2 with the 122 on the IS
 
Down to 8 HP and the base got captured, I somehow survived two more shots and killed their last man.
Darn well deserved that Spartan medal :D


Funny how some games are awesome and others are just 'derp, god I hope nobody saw me do that' :eek:

One game on a horrible city map, totally disorientated,
I'd lined myself up behind a bush and then realised I was facing the red border line :rolleyes:


LOL, just had a game where their artillery did nothing but bombard me every 20 seconds,
I lobbed one over and got him down to 1%, then found him right at the end of the game.
Hah, that was so satisfying :D
