He looks quite short of match fitness, was basically anonymous in the second half. Could have brought Kagawa on, tried him behind the striker, but no, that would be intelligent. Far better to leave him rotting on the bench then play him on left wing in a few weeks.

Hopefully Southampton can capitalise on having the extra man but I fear 10 minutes isn't enough time.

Bizarrely when the BBC play by play first updated it said Flamini was sent off for fighting, odd reason to give!

We won't have deserved a point, we had 10 good mins with a lot of luck where Southampton got very unlucky in the first half and made most/all the best chances. They'll be unlucky not to win, but anything can happen at 2-2.
