after a new tv

I am looking around the 400-600 mark, any help appreciated

They are meant to be one of the better gaming screens - which is what I mainly use it for, PS4.

I echo deans post, I've just picked one up from JL. The picture for HD and gaming is excellent, SD not so good but it's only in games room and used for Xbox / movies.

The one you linked too is hd ready and 720p only.

im no expert with tvs, what else can it do? why does it connect to the internet?

Connects to the Internet as it has apps, YouTube, Netflix etc.

You can plug in a USB and watch video files, pictures.
