Just thought I'd share. The gf bought the hairy bikers diet cook books, they recently both lost loads of weight so made these dieters cook books. Since the new year we started using lots a different recipes and we've loved every single one so far.
I've lost 9lbs so far since we started 3 1/2 weeks ago. Plus I've stopped eating sandwiches, crisps and chocolate bars everyday at work and cut right back on bread.

The books are called The hairy Dieters, there are two available.

I fully recommend dieters kebab and peri peri chicken. Lots of the recipes are on the website too if you don't want to spend £7 on a book.

Just thought I'd share and see if anyone else was using them.

We have one of those books and use it occasionally - the basics are pretty solid, low fat, lots of veg to bulk out the meals and low carbs.

Some of the recipes are really good, love their winter soup and curries, but not overly sure on the deserts tbh

I have them both and they have some fantastic recipes in them.
My husband met them both work last year and they signed my copy of the first book.

I AM JOKING! :p welcome dude. :):):)

on topic yes its a cookbook that does look interesting.

I have both of these books 2, making a concerted effort to drop some extra weight this year, but really enjoy my food, and have to say, every recipe I've made from these books has been great, particularly liked the beef stroganoff, the cajun chicken and the spicy pork / rice dish.
