As a Celtic fan I've seen him play for many years and he is fast and skilful. He however has zero vision and looks at the ground in front of him for the full 90 minutes. He takes far too many touches at times and passes too late.

Never seen him play in Russia though hopefully he has improved or Martinez tells him to stick to the wing and crossing and that's it. When he starts thinking or cutting in and doesn't get a shot off he won't pass and just end up losing possession.

He has the talent, pace and skills but vision was always his let down.
 
Starting to think Crespo can only score with his head, his movement is none existent, he only seems to have a couple of chances a game, pretty annoying.

granted he's not the most agile man in the world and can need feeding at times, but he's no 1 trick pony, I'm looking into a few new ideas to involve him in now that Lineker has gone (Don't say a word, Mark! :p)

Thoughts on Suker as a CAM? :eek:
 
**** packs, I know it is nothing compared to some guys on here but I bet I have spent 500k+ on packs now and literally the best/most expensive player I have got is Torres.

So about a 2k player.

I have only spent 250k of the 1.45 million I got improving my teams.

Think I may need to sell my investments now, most haven't gained anything and have went down in price, toty killed those IF's luckily I spread my bets and bought if melo, sif rakitic and sif adey as well. So I should come out evens.

Got an IF Vidal now as well that should make a pretty penny in a few weeks.

Totally the opposite for me. He never does anything against me and was terrible when I had him. Yet, he was my fave ST in fifa 13 :( if anyone in the prem could be an awesome false 9, surely it's Rooney with his 85 long passing, and similar short passing? Etc

What the hell do i need to change to alter the way y players attack passes and move for interceptions, the last few games i have played the opponents always seem to move towards there passes, my players will stand there and wait for the ball to reach there feet and will not let me move forward even if i can see some sprinty player moving to intercept.

Also when a keeper kicks the ball out they just stand in place staring at the sky, i cant move at all, the same for crosses, it's so frustrating!
 
I've just got Fifa 14 and I think I'm going to play manager mode for a bit first just to get the feel for the game. I played FUT a few Fifa's ago and it was great fun and I want to do it again, however I'd have no clue where to start!
 
Career mode won't help you much when you get into FUT! It plays completely differently mainly. You'd be better off just getting stuck into online seasons and then FUT if you wanted an introduction.
