Bit of a "mucking about" episode, but that's fine by me. It entertains me and makes me laugh.

I still skip SIARPC though.

Pretty much this, the TGPD bit was awful I thought.

My thoughts on this too. Last bit was just a bit rubbish. Supermarket bit and the rest of the hot hatch feature had me in stitches for the most part!

I rarely watch SIARPC these days.

Would be nice for a car show to have some new cars in it occasionally lol

The Challange segments are getting a little stupid to say the least but it can be mildly amusing if the segments werent so long (and REALLY tested vs a current car)

At least they have the P1 next week I guess lol

I was pretty disappointed considering it was a series opener.
They seem to have lost their way a bit and all the silliness is starting to wear thin, and to be honest, spoils the show.

I used to love TG but its just degrading into nonsense its such a shame

Hoping the next episode is a little less OTT.

Love top gear, would be nice to see some cars on it that us normal folk can afford but it's a great show!

If you search Youtube for "old top gear" you can find many episodes like that, hence why the show was cancelled and the presenters transitioned to fifth gear XD

You need to get out more if my comment upsets you so much. I stated clarkson was not funny at all, as a personal opinion just as others have about different things. Did I say anything about disliking the show as a whole? Get off your high horse pal.

You know considering the member of staff your arguing with and insulting chose to ignore the profanity you lobbed at Clarkson you probably shouldn't be pushing it, just saying.

I enjoyed the episode and thought it was entertaining. IMO that's what it's about, your loss if you're going to nitpick and complain how scripted it is - we've known that for ages now.

Started so well and ended so badly. Just because you have a big budget DOESNT mean you have to use earth moves, drones, and tanks then blow things up to be funny.

I laughed the most at clarksons door not shutting properly, why couldnt they just fix the nova and do some more tests! dont mess with a winning formular. The previous "we all bought a cheap car" episodes were superb, the italian super cars, porsches, british layland etc etc and they didnt have to resort to blowing things up to be funny.

I was expecting them to "spend the remaining budget on improving BHP", then cue huge tailpipe exhausts, bonnet scoops etc.

That would have been funny!
