will this Nvidia GTX 760 fit my old pc?

I say old as in just over 2 and a half years.

my spec is as follows:

Case COOLERMASTER HAF 912 PLUS MID TOWER GAMING CASE

Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i7-2600 Quad Core (3.40GHz, 8MB Cache) + HD Graphics

Motherboard ASUS® P8H67-M LX SI (NEW REV 3.0): M-ATX, USB 2.0, SATA 6.0Gb/s, 2 x PCI

Memory (RAM) 8GB SAMSUNG DDR3 DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB)

2 questions:

  • will it run new games at very high settings (1920x1080) ?
  • would a ps4 have more impressive graphics?

Yep

I have that case and it takes big cards with no probs :)

As for newer games, it will cope but depending on your, acceptable frame rates but toning down AA a notch will see it running well :)
 
An i7 2600 with a GTX 760 should be able to manage 40+ fps at maximum settings in that game, at 1920x1080 (well without SSAA).
