I can afford it, I could pay it outright just about but I like to have money all the time just incase something comes up.

I'm only 21 and don't have a credit card or anything like that.

I have a beasty gaming desktop I will be getting rid of as it's taking up too much room and I have a PS4 and Xbox One already.

So wanting something powerful that can handle all tasks really, I also watch a lot of films so a decent screen / blu ray etc was important :) will also be using it as a host for a media server ( like xbmc )

G750, no doubt.

but it's too heavy to carry around. I'm sure you know that though.

Yeah it's going to stay in the house so weight isn't a problem. Why the 750 over the Toshiba? price?

Toshiba has a 256gb SSD too I guesss

750 is plain better (especially cooling) and for the price difference, you can buy any decent 250GB SSD you want and still have 200 quid change. or buy 500GB SSD and have 100 quid change...or...

I'm close to pulling the trigger on the G750 too, I have to ask, why get it from Very, besides the 3 installments.

There's other online resellers which have it for cheaper?

I've managed to bag it for £1270 after getting around 10% off I think! Decent price in my opinion, ordered it last night! should be here before Monday hopefully.

I watched some youtube videos etc looks a decent machine :)
