Which would you play next?

Witcher, there isn't even any option there.

Far Cry 3, too easy, repetitive, stupid crafting.
Assassins Creed II, Click to counter, click again to kill, repeat.
Bioshock Infinite, Yawn, poor shooting and combat, story is dull, companion is dull.
Elder Scrolls Skyrim and Oblivion, Great world, okay story, rubbish combat and depth.

If you want to clear out your backlog, don't play Skyrim (...and it isn't even that great :p)

Get Bio-shock and Far Cry 3 out the way, two good games (FC3>BI personally).

The Witcher 2 is supposed to be excellent, I've played abit of it but never got around to finishing it. (How long is it?)

And AC2 is...eh to say the least.

If you do ever have plans on playing Oblivion I would play that first and then Skyrim. A lot of people I know played Skyrim first and said they couldn't stand Oblivion because it is such a different game.

I know a lot of people like this too.

TBF vanilla Oblivion does look quite dated now (although it is 8 years old), but personally, its miles ahead of Skyrim for the storyline.

Go though the Witcher 1 and 2 if you want an epic story line RPG, Far Cry 3 if you want really good FPS (you will have to put up with uplay tho lol). I thought Bioshock was a bit rubbish tbh.

Witcher 3 is also released this and looking to be bigger than Skyrim.

I wouldn't bother with Oblivion if you already have Skyrim.

I found Oblivion a lot better than Skyrim....which i just can't seem to get into even though i've played it 90 hours. :p

FC3 was a very nice game, first is the best still and Bioshock Infinite the same- first was best but still a great game.

this thread serves to remind me never to ask questions like this on here :D op probably has less of an idea what to play now than before he asked!

You could probably get through the Witcher 2 in a couple days of solid power gaming. But there are 2 paths so its definitely worth a second play-through.

There are 3 acts, the path split is at the end of act 1.

Skyrim - so much better than the rest of the games there and you can easily waste a hundred hours on it and still have plenty to do.

Mods make it look nicer (though IMHO it looks quite good anyhow) and it's the only thing that comes close is Fallout 3.

I would leave Skyrim/Oblivion last as they will take a while to play through. The same is true of the Witcher games but to a lesser extent. Which just leaves any of the other 3 titles to play through first. Personally I would play through AC2 first, I've never played FC3 so I can't comment on that and Bioshock Infinite just felt a bit meh to me.

Bioshock Infinite is up there as one of the all time most enjoyable games I have played in my 25 years of gaming. That is if you enjoy an intruiging story and aren't that fussed about the FPS aspect of it.

That aside, both Witchers are amazing games, and whilst I preferred the first, play them in order for the sake of story continuity.

The sanbox nature of FC3 and Oblivion bored me, and I haven't played AC2 (didn't like the first) or Skyrim (due to not liking Oblivion).

The witcher first then witcher 2. Both fantastic games, the first is better though. After that do skyrim. Oblivion is great but you dont need to play it for skyrim, the story doesnt continue on or anything.

Farcry 3 has an ok story but the rest of the game is pretty crap tbh. Side missions are repetitive to the point that there is no point in doing them other then to grind the xp and unlocks.

Not played AC2 or bioshock infinate but i've played the first of each franchise and wasn't impressed really.
