No all male panel shows !!

I am so angered by this decision. I've no problem with women being on panel shows so long as they are funny, I can tolerate Jo Brand and Sandy Toksvig, I really cannot think of any others.

If there funny they should get there on their own merits. The other day on Question Time, to get more women into Parliament in some areas they were having all women shortlists. That is completely wrong, politicians should be elected on merit. I'm sure there are women out there who can compete without a problem but to stop equally qualified men from standing election is a disgrace.

Seeming to hate this world more and more.

You say Politicians should be elected on merit and I agree. That also means that candidates should be put forward on merit too but that rarely happens. Usually it's whoever has most friends in the local group of the party they are representing rather than who is the best candidate.

You should go to South Africa, their there are different entry requirements for jobs, universities and sports teams purely based on race. But yes everyone should get elected, a job, a place at university, whatever of merit. You shouldn't not get something because are a woman or a certain race, but also you shouldn't get something because you are a woman or a certain race.

I'd prefer they just make an all female panel show so I can avoid it. I cringe everytime a female is on one.
