Just posted a pair of shoes, cost me £9. Ive had a google but what do you guys think, whats a cheaper reliable replacement for parcel delivery?

p2g is what I use and then usually book myhermes. sometimes UPS to areas where they don't deliver. I've even sent a monitor with myhermes 2x and it arrived in one piece both times.

but experience varies a lot depending on the local driver/subcontractor. My dude is ok, but some are....well, bad.

Comparison site or not you can do the whole transaction through the site and it works well.

Interparcel
Parcel2Go
MyHermes

I've used them all, they're all good. Use whichever shows the best price.

Seem to remember Parcel2go used to be cheaper than booking direct with myhermes. They're the same now, though.

RM is fair value for small, light parcels. Anything more than 1kg, or bigger than the small parcel limits - go with Hermes.

They're a price comparison site, not a delivery company. Some of the companies listed let you drop the parcel at a local collection point.

I've personally used MyHermes a couple of times and been happy with their service.

They're actually a courier broker, not a comparison site.
