Yes 0.11% and that figure is generous of people using a mouse and keyboard adapter on consoles.

This would be the only differing experience for everyone playing a game on console.

Where as PC every Joe has a different framerate and resolution set up. Not to mention hardly anyone I know would be playing the same games on PC.

What an odd attitude to have. Neither is everyone on consoles. People who are crap at a game aren't on a level playing field as those who aren't crap.

I think you are missing the point.

The base starting position of everyone is the same on consoles. Of course skill will be different.

Everyone will have the same tools to use.

I'm not missing the point at all, your argument is just flawed.

Skill is one factor, internet connection is another, TV size and how close you sit to it is also another.

People just aren't all on a level playing field at all when it comes to consoles.

Oh please, so a couple of milliseconds here and there for some TV lag and internet connection vs different resolution set ups / framerates AND monitor lag AND connection lag.

If you want to be like that, answer this,

What has more differentiating factors for players of online games. Gaming on consoles or Gaming on PC's?

That never happened to the extent it is now, so keep your roll eyes to yourself. This forum was very much populated with more 360 owners compared to PS3 owners, but I don't recall the 360 users delighting in pointing out how much better the games were on the 360.

Rubbish - it was constant on here about getting multi platform games on Xbox as they were higher res etc and people squealing with delight over the PSN hack and customer firmware piracy etc etc.

I'll keep my roll eyes and suggest you take your MS blinkers off.

Regardless your predominantly 360 forum is now a predominantly PS4 forum...

Now you're changing your argument. You said the playing field is level for all console gamers, I'm pointing out that it's simply not true.

Plus, all connections are not the same either, neither are displays or TVs.

Didn't realise you would be anal over some millisecond delays.

Console games offer nearly the exact same online experiences.

Is that better?

Well no, because they don't. As I said not all internet connections are equal.

It's not being anal, it's pointing out that what you said isn't remotely true.
