Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [7th - 12th February 2014]

Pathetic game at Arsenal again, Ozil, Wilshere, Giroud were woeful, defensively we made huge mistakes that could/should have ended up as goals despite very few real attacks from Utd. No creativity, no movement in the box by us. Resulting in a final 20 mins of Cazorla shooting from range which were pretty comfortably dealt with.

UTd in general, poor, Arsenal in general, poor. Wenger to rest any of the players that look shattered.... nope, shattered useless looking Arsenal team and we make ONE freaking substitution?

Giroud tired and utterly useless for several games in a row, still no bendtner, Ozil terrible at the weekend, looks tired, and a waste of a position so starts and finishes the game.

I can't imagine why the team looks tired and devoid of ideas. Wenger killing us as per usual, Ozil starting essentially every game with no breaks. In recent weeks we've played Fulham, Villa and Palace, so of course you'd give him a rest before the tough games right..... nope.

Nope he was on the bench and its absolutely mind boggling as to why Wenger only used one sub for the whole game:confused:

The only player on that pitch before he was taken off, that did anything of note was Rosicky. Should have taken Ozil, Wilshere and Giroud off and put Ox, Pod and Bendtner on...the worst that could have happened is that we would have walked away with one measly point.

Diabolical and utterly depressing game that was.

On a more positive note, only 1 pt behind Chelsea lol...
 
Good effort at "coming back strong", pathetic.

Most boring 90mins of football since we last played Chelsea, but at least RVP didn't score.
 
This ends as a draw its pathetic really is, Its same problem we have had for years,Why hasnt rodgers attempted to change personnel more hell give Allen ago may try something different at least
 
****ing **** performance. What a load of crap. Giroud should be sent to a glue factory. Arteta should just **** off. £42m for Ozil? Looks like a £42 player at the moment. Wenger cocked up big time. Against a **** united side and we play in a way where a team of 5 yr olds could defend against us. He created **** all but Wenger refused to make any changes until 70 odd mins. Ox and Podolski should have been on after 50mins. Completely toothless. Wenger seemed more concentrated on not losing rather than winning. People say we're competing for the title, ****ing clueless *****, we'll be fighting for top 4 again with the rate Spurs are picking up points and how useless we look going forward. **** me that was the most pathetic performance i've seen from us at home for ages. ****, its not much worse than our performance against Liverpool at the weekend.

If I was Podolski, I would just walk out right now and Wilshere would struggle to get into Cheltenham's team playing like that
 
Shame with the other results we could really do with 3 points tonight.

Thought it would be in the bag against Fulham as well.
