Is OcUK banned at your workplace?

Blocked, but I use my own internet via 3G anyhow. They don't actually care what people do only what goes through the work pipe.
 
OcUK isn't blocked, but I one or two threads a week get blocked due to 'suspicious embedded links'.

I then get paranoid that I've been flagged by IT and am going to hauled in front of HR.

I think if they put OcUK on the Internet filter at work I'd consider changing jobs. Not because I hate my job, but because the delightful residents of GD keep me sane when I'm having a rough day (I know, massive contradiction). Sometimes I just need to read a T-Dubs or lolreligion thread to remind me that it could always be worse. So. So. So. Much. Worse.

If you'd like to add what you do and how much you earn, I encourage that as we've not had any "I make £xxxx, wot about u m8?" willy waving threads lately and they're usually hilarious.

Nope. IT are completely unrestricted, mind you it's not blocked for normal users either.

(Could just RDP into one of our external servers / VPN tunnel out anyway if it was blocked :p)
 
Not yet, and I have even disabled colours in my browser to ensure I don't get "what's that blue site you are always on" questions like at my last place :D
 
My work's internet filter is fairly lax but it does tend to block random Wiki/BBC pages because it apparently contained a banned keyword. E.g. I'm not allowed to look up the iPad on Wiki:

I can get the OcUK shop ok from work, just haven't tried the forums but I think forums will be ok too. However, our IT dept audits every URL, so they can quite easily trace me to being Monserrat on OcUK. Then because everyone writing "lolislam" or "Islam≠race" or "I like bacon" on Facebook automatically gets the sack and goes to jail, the same will happen to me as I'm not the most PC poster :p So yeah, any forum logins, I tend not to associate with my work's PC.
