FIFA 14

nothing to do with losing, the DC glitch, KO glitch, game engine and mechanics, banding, CB's positioning at corners, etc, etc.

there is a very very long list of everything that is wrong with the game.

this is the worst one yet, if you had played the previous versions you would know this, especially UT 11 and 12, the issues were never as bad as this and those 2 games I think everyone enjoyed playing them all the time, 13 UT was okay'ish acceptable but 14 is unacceptable, there's just far too much wrong with it.

EA need to get their finger out, it's like this for every game they currently sell, BF4 riddled with issues, they destroyed the C and C series, NFS has multiple bugs as well.

EA were voted the worst company in the world recently in America, normally Walmart or some other company had won that title before them.

They won't stop though because they have a monopoly on the market, there's nothing we can do to stop them. People are pumping hundreds some even thousands into UT and it's gotten worse over the past 2 years, they have progressed in some places like these UP cards and changing IF's as well, but gone backwards everywhere else.

The game is really bad but what other football game is there? is PES even out on PS4?
 
Ok this is a strange one, playing a lad now and went 3-1 up, does he disconnect? No. Does he start lobbing through balls? No. He start sticking them in the back of his own net with his keeper, Its at 8-1 now and i haven't moved a player in the best part of the second half, it truly is lol worthy.

Only in forms got retrospectively upgraded. If you had an 86 Suarez he remains an 86 Suarez.

If you had a SIF 88 Suarez however he automatically becomes a 90 SIF Suarez.

The only way to obtain the new 88 NIF Suarez is to open packs.

I had never tried Aubameyang up until a month or so ago, and omg it was hilarious how good he is.

Him and Jovetic up top would be insane, the ultimate combo.

This is another reason why the game is so crap, it's so unrealistic you wouldn't put those 2 players in a list of the top 50 strikers in the world right now.

most updates are focused on stopping them losing profits i'm afraid like stopping auto buyers so they can sell more packs, etc.

they nerfed finesse shots but kept through balls the same, what is the point? i don't think they can fix them, they are awful.

you won't see any game changing updates until your forced to pay another £40-£50 for fifa 15.

i'm shocked they aren't launching the world cup game on next gen tbh, as that would mean they manage to milk yet another £40-£50 from everyone within the same year for the same game with updates.

put it this way if they fix the game with updates, why would you buy fifa 15?

they are the worst games company on the planet, yet one of the most powerful. they have a huge monopoly that needs to be broken up.

they now have the UFC franchise iirc, I hope they don't ruin that, it's the only beat em up apart from tekken i like

Exactly. They're so OP. People often say you can push Aubameyang off the ball easily but I've found you can pretty much shove any defender on the game off, he wins everything in the air as well.


I might be wrong but I recall reading EA had won worst company 3 years in a row now?

that was the best part, every cross i put into the box he won and I do mean every cross, I was actually amazed, not even Benteke was this OP before the nerf patch.

Haha I know, you really do just have to laugh at some of the things he pulls off.

Just checked and EA actually won worst company for the second year in a row with 78% of the votes!

I have said that loads of times, there are only a handful of players especially defenders that can hit a long through ball with EITHER foot perfectly like anyone can in Fifa 14.

David Luiz is the only one I can think of tbh, but I don't watch any Serie A, Bundesliga and only watch Madrid (both teams) games in la liga mainly. I don't see anyone attempting it in the premiership apart from Luiz. Kompany is probably the only other defender I have seen hit decent long balls and being silky on the ball but only with his strong foot.

I have seen Luiz play like a 60 yard long ball to Hulk with his left foot in the confederations cup a couple of times and it was perfect. I mean that kind of passing range on a weak foot is very very rare and exceptional.

Zidane is the only player I can think of that had that kind of skill with his weak foot when shooting (not passing).

Can anyone think of a defender with that type of passing range that they pull of comfortably time and time again with their weak foot?

I just wish they would make 2 modes arcade (and they can have all the crap in it like banding) and a realistic mode which plays like a simulation of real life football.

So people can choose which style they prefer.
 
EA know they will cash in regardless so the chances of that are slim to none. Thing with it is you do get good games however few and far between they are. I enjpy playing people on here as they tend to play a more realistic style of play.
 
lol if they implemented 2 seperate modes everyone would just chose arcade anyway as knowing EA they'd completely mess up realism and it would be even worse to play.
 
Something really wrong with my pad. Can't play Fifa. The R2 button isn't stuck but is pressed down constantly and there is something wrong with the d-pad. I haven't thrown the pad or anything. The rubber on both thumb sticks is also peeled off.

Damn it.

I enjoyed our games together and others on here.

I don't think Fifa is to blame most the time, its the people playing it that ruin the game. This is why I enjoy playing SP games now. Fifa is the only MP game I play.
