The ones that use Electrical muscle Stimulation.

Do they actually work?

Just wondering as I go through phases of doing 50+ sit-ups every day for weeks on end to see no improvement.

14.65% apparently. Never tested it. Is there a better calculator?

I'm 6'1" and 76kg and 30-32" (32 normally but sometime I drop to 75.5kg and I lose quite a bit from waist) waist.

Just cycling. If I'm doing that I ned to eat a lot for energy. Do not go gym and don't want. Prefer free methods.

Lose weight - ok. According to my Fitness Pal on phone if I carry on at what I'm doing i'll be about 73kg in a month.

I have lower back issues due to having weak abs. My pelvis is angled back slightly causing issues.

I need to train my abs to pull my pelvis back.. But without training my abs

Ideas

Looks Like
anterior pelvic tilt and lordosis

Good luck, your never going to have great abs without doing some resistance training though.

Plenty of good core exercises, but I'd say check the mobility thread and MWOD for any issues you have.

cheers all. Kinda backed up my thinking as hard work is what does it. :) figured out the basic stuff but never figured out how to finish it off.
