Low bandwidth version of website ?

Im trying to read a gfx card review here

but it keeps loading some ultra low bandwidth 1990s format version of the site.

Anyone else ??

It's not low bandwidth, it's just not loading the stylesheets or images.

I get that sometimes when trying to browse via 2/3G on a dodgy signal - its not properly loading the page and/or browser settings are blocking certain parts of the content as above likely stylesheet or something.

it works better if you put 50p in the internet meter so it loads properly

Looks ok for me too. Even the full version is a little bit dated in it's layout though. Most of my monitor is just border.

Firefox it loads like that

IE11 loads normal

I have adblock plus and avast security set up on Fox, check your plugins/extensions

EDIT: http://www.pcgamer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31845 found a thread on it maybe its just a Firefox issue with this website

It loads fine for me.

The NSA are watching you that is why the site is not loading for you.

I bet the NSA will be watching me now! Dang
