4770k @ 4.5 1.27v

always read the bs factor with ocing :D

also remember those who post either superb oc or very low voltages and see shortly having issues is often ;)

4.5 is fine for 24/7 use. be happy with it.

Good result and good temps, daren't run p95 on mine as it will shut down. At 1.264v it was hitting 94c, ive since upped voltage a touch. Id be tempted to delid that chip Raven and push it a bit higher.

You've done well! I cant get mine past 4.3 stable regardless of what I throw at it! Granted I could mess about a bit more but based on volts alone even at 1.29v it doesnt seem stable at even 4.4 let alone 4.5ghz

Nah I'm good, couldn't even boot at 4.9 with other chip, look I can run Pi as well lol.

Mines the same. No matter what I do I cannot get past 4.3 and I'm not killing my chip early for a couple of hundred MHz.
I have it at 4ghz and it seems fast enough for me

Hi, just seen the temps is that what you get for prime 4.5-1.28c >56'c to 66'c what cooling you using RX2?

Whats your room temp at?

Buy a cheap thermometer as it will give you a better idea how she runs regarding temps.

I'v just been online gaming MW3 About 2 hours room temp 21'c, CPU Core temps 35'c to 42'c with SLI 670 in loop as well.

Iirc p95 on blend maxed at 75c on mine after 15 minutes, small fft shot to 94c in a few seconds.

Custom loop setter before you buy the other 780 bud.
Tbh on a standard ihs haswell, custom watercooling doesnt seem to make an awful difference due to intels bodge job paste. They really need delidded to see any signifigant temp drop on water or air. May yet do it on mine as it has no warranty anyway.

Would be happy with 4.4 - 4.5Ghz prime 95 stable for 8 hours. This speed and quick sync is great for handbrake.

Might be worth doing for a custom loop cpu+gpu's if keeping it for a good while, l would never go back to air.
Dont honestly know how long ill keep this chip tbh mate. Could be a year or so, or ill just get an itch and want to move to something else in a few months time.

Temps on my delidded 4770K @ 4.5ghz with 1.31v and using Aida64 fpu stress test reach 85c.
What paste did you replace the intel stuff with? Liquid pro/ultra seem to work best.
